In 2010, Waiakea sophomore Nani Yanagi claimed the girls title.
It was incorrectly reported in a BIIF golf story on Monday that another player, not Mizusawa, won in 2011. The Tribune-Herald apoligizes for the error.
The second round of the BIIF Individual Golf Championships will be held today at The Club at Hokuli’a with the third and final round on Thursday at the Mauna Kea Beach Resort. Both rounds tee-off at 11 a.m.
